How do I start using your plans?
Pick your destination country, choose a plan that suits you and pay. Right after payment you'll get an eSIM with a QR code — scan it and your internet is ready to go.
Do I need to upload my passport to buy a SIM card?
No. Buying and activating an eSIM doesn't require a passport or any other documents — an email address is all you need.
Can I use the eSIMs I buy from you for calls or text messages (SMS)?
Our eSIMs provide mobile internet packages (data only). For calls and messages, use internet services — messengers and VoIP calling apps.
When does the plan I purchased take effect?
Most eSIMs activate only once they connect to a supported network.
So installing your eSIM before the trip won't affect your data usage or its validity period, especially while you're outside the country where it works.
Some of our eSIMs activate right after installation. You'll find this information in the plan description.
How can I check how much data I've used?
Your remaining data is shown in your account under “My eSIMs” — you can also top up your package there if you're running low.
